Whether you are brand new to The Method or a seasoned regular looking to take it to the next level, our personal training program can help! We will take our award-winning, proven method and tailor it to you by working one-on-one with one of our amazing HSM Certified Trainers! Curious about what’s really going on beneath the surface? Join us for a quick and insightful InBody Composition Scan session.

For just $30, you can drop in anytime during our scheduled time window beginning May 6th for a fast, non-invasive scan that breaks down your body composition; including muscle, fat, and more. After your scan, you’ll sit down with Liz or Lee to review your results and get clear, personalized guidance; plus a few simple goal-setting tips to help you move forward with confidence. THE METHOD

Join us in the studio for our signature class, The Method. Our results-proven 50-minute class will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning using signature HSM floor work while incorporating our many workout tools, tricks and moves to help you reach your edge and define your most powerful self.

ZOOM: HSM at HOME + 24-Hour LINK

This is our most personalized approach to working out virtually – no matter where you are! See your friends, chat with your trainer, and stay accountable. Sign up online and before class starts, you will receive an email to join class live. After class is over, you will receive a second email with a link to the recorded class that will be live for 24-hours!
